Further information on the
Cast Iron Table Saw (TSPP250) from the manufacturers, Record Power
The TSPP250 from Record Power
has been designed to offer a solid, reliable and accurate machine that
is capable of forming the heart of a woodworking enthusiast’s home
workshop.
The TSPP250 is dominated by
the large cast iron working area which enables easy handling of sheet
material and the solid cast table gives weight and rigidity, dampening
vibration and improving performance. The tables are ground to a polished
surface to minimise friction and the solid fence glides effortlessly
across the table clamping easily and solidly with a quick release cam
action handle.
The machine is driven by a
quiet and powerful 2hp induction motor. Provision is made for extraction
both underneath the table and from the crown guard for effective dust
control (extractor not included).
Although supplied with mitre slots and protractor for traditional cross
cutting, with the blade locked in position the TSPP250 also boasts a
pull action saw carriage which draws the blade through the material
whilst it is held in position on the table – a little like an upside
down radial arm saw. This enables very accurate cross cutting to be
performed and the travel on the saw is a generous 220mm.
We urge you to take a close look at the machine and compare it to other
saws on the market. We are confident that you will quickly appreciate
just what outstanding value for money this machine represents. When you
combine this with Record Power’s legendary backup and five year
guarantee it is simply too good to
miss.
Please note for illustration purposes the TSPP250 is shown fitted with
the optional TSPP250-ST sliding carriage, this is not included with the
standard product.
